What is a digital daily menu?
It is a restaurant offering published online for a defined period. The restaurant can organise courses and dishes into sections, add information and prices, and show customers the version currently available without creating a new page from scratch every day.
Create your restaurant’s daily offering
The Daily Menu includes fields for a title, subtitle, description, public notes and fixed price. Courses can be organised into ordered sections; each dish can include a name, description, price, image, visibility setting and allergen information.
Update the daily menu when the offering changes
In the builder you can edit the general text, change sections and update individual dishes, prices, photographs or visibility. Saved changes are used by the same Daily Menu public page, so the address linked to that offering does not need to be recreated after every update.
Daily menu validity and availability
To publish an offering, set its start and end dates, with optional times. The system distinguishes scheduled, active and expired menus according to the configured period: before it starts the offering is not yet available, during its validity it can be viewed, and after it expires it is shown as finished.
View the daily menu from a smartphone
The public page is designed to display the restaurant name, offering header, availability period, visible sections and their dishes in a mobile browser. Customers can read descriptions, prices and allergen information and see the photographs the restaurant has chosen to publish.
Daily menus and QR codes
A QR code is available for each offering, along with a permanent QR code linked to the restaurant. The first opens that Daily Menu’s public address; the second points to the active menu according to the configured dates. This lets the restaurant share either a specific offering or a reusable link for scheduled menus.
Allergen information and dish details
Each dish can include a description, price, photograph, selected allergens and a gluten-free indication. On the public page, these details accompany the dish when completed, so customers can view them with the daily offering.
Multilingual daily menus
For added languages, you can translate the menu title, subtitle, description and public notes, as well as section names and dish names and descriptions. When a translation is available, customers can select it on the public page; prices, allergens and images remain linked to the same dishes.

Digital daily menus and printed menus
The digital page can complement a printed daily offering and provide another way to view the menu. When you need a file to print or distribute, the builder can also generate a Daily Menu PDF in the original language or any completed translation.
A daily offering that is easier to update
Offerings can be stored in the archive, duplicated and rescheduled for a new period. If the content changes, the restaurant can update individual items; if a structure needs to be reused, it can create a copy that retains sections, dishes and translations that are still valid.
